Our operation starts right after you create your order. We are proud of our score of delivering incoming orders to cargo within 0.6 working days. We deliver all orders placed until 16:30 on weekdays and 14:00 on Saturdays to the cargo company on the same day.
Safe Packaging
We strive to deliver our products to our customers in the safest way possible. That’s why we pack with safe airbags, so even if our products fall from a height of 7 meters, the products are not damaged during the shipping phase.
Transparent Process Tracking
After the products are delivered to the cargo company, we report the entire process from the delivery of the order to our customer in a transparent and fast manner, with our software developed for tracking the order.

What if I’m not at home?
Although you are at your address, we think that there is no one who does not encounter the excuses of the courier such as "the address was not found", "the bell was not working", "security did not allow". We made a special agreement with the cargo company with which we cooperated to find a solution to this issue. Thus, if you are not at your place during the courier’s visit to your address, we ensure that the courier returns to your address the next day. We are working very hard to ensure that Mamaaura cargo reaches our customers in a healthy way.
